I was very pleased with the service. I was also kindly treated to an urgent request. My house key was in bad shape and I was having trouble. At first, I had to diagnose it, estimate it, and work on it. It seemed that the main reason was that I used a special grill for the keys sold in the market. I explained it politely. I thought that I would have to replace the keys, but I was told that I would be fine with an overhaul! After the work was completed, I was able to open and close the key as smoothly as before.
