It's too time-consuming. The phone won't work during business hours.

I asked for a change of sole and cleaning of the Red Wing boots with a delivery date of about a month, but I sometimes emailed and received no response, and finally returned after five months. The finish is delicate, and above all, the boots smell very much like cigarettes.
K S
I used it to replace the sole, but... the unbelievable smell of cigarette, the messy cleaning of the sole after the attachment (didn't you do that?) the part of the midsole and the cova that is attached floating, the adhesive that is stuck on the top, the position of the sole is quite different from left to right... I'm a boot novice, but this was the only part that bothered me, and I don't think I want to use it again, it was very unfortunate.
Shuntaro Mori
I've been using it for about three times (third time now). The work is very slow. It takes more than three months for work boots. If it's a shoe specialty, it's at least two weeks. And then I come home smelling like cigarettes.

I've been ordering a shoe replacement for five months... I've paid for it and I'm not getting any response. What should I do? Police? Consumer Center? I'll never ask again. I want my shoes back.
