I'm writing this as a true story. I hope it's helpful for those who are worried. I asked for a spare key from Specia (I have the original key. It's not lost). The key is a combination of "open", "close", "side door" + "door key". I first called the free dial, and it seems that I was at work. (This is normal in my profession, I guess.) I'm not in a hurry, so I simply told the situation, and I did it by email. I estimated a few e-mail exchanges (in my case, it was 30240 yen) and parts collection, etc. I was prepared in advance. The car verification was sent with an image. OK. I set a business day a few days later. Of course, the cost of the trip was 5400 yen if I went to Osaka, and 86 yen if I went to Kobe, and of course it was free.
