I went to the store to make a combination of keys for my house. I had already made them several times in other stores, but I immediately made them there, so I thought that this was the case here. I waited for about three hours, telling only the phone number and name, shopping, etc., but I had no phone, so I had to go home, so I called the store and asked: "I was told that I would call as soon as I could, but I have to go home now, can I go to the reception later?" When I called, I was mistaken for saying that the phone was not answered, and on the contrary, I blamed them.
